When I hear the word "force", I instantly think of the terrifying 300 Ft. tall, 90 mph roller coaster at Cedar Point. The infamous roller coaster's actual name is The Millennium Force, and it is one of the tallest and fastest roller coasters in the world. Since its debut at the dawn of a new millennium, it has been voted the number one steel roller coaster ten times in Amusement Today as of 2019, and it had never been ranked lower than second place.

THAT is how I would describe entertainer Delo Brown a.k.a Detroit's Princess of Comedy. She is a force to be reckoned with and in a league of her own - incomparable to other entertainers her age, she embodies the spirit of the "Millennial Force" and she is definitely a talent to watch.

A little over a year ago I was introduced to the electrifying persona of Delo Brown; she was a guest on a popular podcast, on the Audiowave Network. After that episode, I made it my business to learn more about this electrifying young lady on the rise. I followed her on social media, and it became clear to me what made Delo Brown so special - she was uniquely funny and transparent.

Delo Brown is a break-out comedian with seven sold-out shows under her comedic belt! Some of her most notable performances are "Francis Cocktail lounge" in Chicago and a comedy festival called "Black Girls Giggles" in New Orleans. Delo was also crowned Master Blakspert by Amanda Seals during the Smart, Black, and Funny Detroit show. She recently was on the Revolt hit show ‘Funny AF’.

Even with her success in comedy, Delo has ventured into other areas of entertainment. Delo fell in love with script-writing and she produces her own web series called "Keep it on the Delo," which became an instant hit and caught the eye of many people in Hollywood. Delo’s electric personality led her to be a content creator for Aunt Jackie’s Curls and Coils. With the new title, she has since created the social media series called “College Curlfriends” shot in Detroit and Los Angeles. The series depicts college life, to date, as a young millennial.

Delo not only produces and writes the episodes, she also used her star power in front of the camera.

Acting brought her the opportunity to be featured in Big Sean’s "Single Again" music video alongside fellow Detroit celebrity Ryan Destiny as well as the full-length feature film,"Sisters" by director Jamar Hill. Delo is not only an actress, comedian, director, and writer; she is also has collaborated with many lifestyle brand

Delo has solidified partnerships with 1800 Tequila, Dia & Co, The Lip Bar and Our/Vodka, to name a few, making her more than just a comedian but also a brand that people recognize as someone they need on their team. This multi-talented millenial can act, direct, produce, write all while keeping you laughing until your sides hurt. Delo has proven that she is a force to be reckoned with, and she hasn't even scratched the surface.
